Adam Pollard

Managing Director

In 1996 Adam walked through the doors of Morgan & Pollard with a focus on the here-and-now and a vision for the future. Now, close to two decades later, his running of the company continues to reward both the team and our clients.

Managing the day-to-day supervision of M+P requires a multi-disciplinary approach. Adam must focus on meeting clients, preparing quotes and overseeing contracts. He must also provide a broad overview on all the work while ensuring the financial performance of the company remains exemplary.

His experience pre-M+P is a great advantage. Gaining an Advance Trade Certificate in Carpentry and a National Certificate in Horticulture (landscape) Level 4 certainly helps with the technical side of things.

As the immediate past President of the Landscape Industries Association of New Zealand (LIANZ) and Chair of Board for Horticulture ITO (which trains apprentices over whole horticulture industry), Adam also has consummate management experience to draw from. With excellent problem-solving skills and a warm, friendly style he is well liked by clients and the team, sentiment that is clearly reciprocated.

On all types of projects Adam enjoys seeing the long-term transformation of the landscape. His stewardship will continue to have as positive an effect on the growth and development of Morgan+Pollard.
